Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Credals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Credals (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Credals is an encrypted credential vault that lets you store and organize logins, API keys and tokens. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is under active development; features may change.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account secure.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not store credentials you are not authorized to hold, or use the Service to facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
6. No warranty on data loss
While we encrypt your credentials with AES-256-GCM and take reasonable measures to protect your data, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical credentials.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Morocco.
